Accounting/Bookkeeping: Manage Account Payables (check writing, payables reconciliations and preparing 1099s at year end), Account Receivables (customer billing, posting deposits and reconciling customer accounts), and cash flow (set up budgets and establish the best method for handling cash flow) by entering data (checks, cash, and credit card transactions) into accounting software (QuickBooks, Quicken, MYOB, Excel and ETC). Reconciling all balance sheets accounts (such as bank accounts and credit cards accounts) as needed. Review all general ledgers accounts for accuracy. Provide financial statements (which may consist of job costing, grant management, and fund allocations) monthly, quarter, annually, or as needed. Compile information for internal business decisions and income taxes (we will provide accurate business and/or personal information to your tax preparer for the preparation of your income tax returns).
Taxes: Prepare income taxes for individuals and all type of business (S Corp; C Corp; Non-profit; LLC; ETC), if you currently do not have a tax preparer.
Payroll (PaySmart): Administrate payroll (preparing employee’s paycheck); pay payroll taxes (filing quarterly payroll tax returns, annual workers comp audits and preparing W2s); provide clients with reports. Payroll may consist of direct deposit, HSA, sections 125, pre-tax medical, ETC.
Sales tax returns: Calculate tax due and file sales tax return.
Business Entity Formation: Assist new companies with completing paperwork for startup business.
Business Plans: Consulting, research, and create for plans for your business.
Training Seminars: Provide training on all financial software and other software such as Excel; Word; QuickBooks; ETC in a one-on-one setting.
Marketing: Provide cold calling (client supply list). Provide gorilla marketing. Client provides materials (flyers, t-shirts, pens) and supply area.
Business plans: Consulting, research, and create for plans for your business.
Professional Organizing: A professional Organizer provides information, products, and assistance to help others organize. They should guide, encourage, and educate clients about basic principle of organizing by offering support, focus and direction HYB services consist of reviewing workspace and set up for efficient filing and work environment. Sort business cards. Give ideas to help manage incoming mail. Give ideas to help notify when bills should be paid.
Notary: Notarize documents. An impartial witness to agreements.
